Scripts that improve or customize elements of modo's interface. |

modo 2's got a new type of gui, called the CARD VIEW.. It's similar to HTML in that you
can place buttons or links anywhere on each card, so it's really handy if you want to make a non-standard gui.
It's all text based though and thus takes a lot of work to create, and so
that's why I created this card view creation script that works with polygons to make them very easy to edit.
For a great instructional video for this script, please visit Seneca's site here. |

This script is to open/close regular windows or custom layouts. It's basically the same thing
as modo's layout.createOrClose. The problem with that modo command is that you can
only really use it with custom layouts. So if all you wanna do is popup a uv window or clip
list or tool menu, you'd have to create a custom layout for each. Welp, not anymore. :)
To use the script, you'll have to read the instructions written in the script. |

DLI_SingleWindowKeyEditor.pl is a replacement for the built-in Key Editor macro.
This version will locate and close an already open Key Editor window before opening a new one... Where the built-in Key Editor macro would just keep spawning new Key Editor windows instead. |

ParticleColor is for quickly assigning materials to geometry segments. It extends the QuickColor pallette. Preview images can be seen here and here.
Use: Select polygons and run the script. A readme file is included.
Note: It searches a reference of scripts in .Color. directory. When it runs out of reference, it gives an error. Just disable the message. |

A new interface to emulated the style found in Lightwave - not exactly look alike LW but it suits my workflow.
Put the Form & Layout.cfg files into the modo folder, ie. C:/Program Files/Luxology/modo/extra (or create a new folder)
Then on the File menu > Config Import...> browse to the both Form and Layout.cfg then go to Layout menu > Layout > choose the LW style layout. |

New Pie Menu to change the shading in the view port. I've added it to the Ctrl-` and whew, it's neato. No more three-level-deep picking of wire frame options...
