What carriers do you use?
Vertexmonkey ships using UPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping not available for Saturday delivery. UPS Ground and 2nd day air is only available for US contiguous 48 states and Canada. If UPS is unable to complete delivery of a package, a notice will be left at the consignee's address stating that delivery has been attempted. Thereafter, a second and, if necessary, a third attempt to deliver the package will be made without additional charge. |

Where are the products shipped from?
US Customers get their items shipped directly from Luxology in San Mateo, California. Canadian customers have their items shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada - no extra border fees for Canadians anymore! |

How long does it take to get my stuff? When do your shipments go out?
The shipping process is different depending on where you live.
Customers located in the United States have their products shipped directly from Luxology to their location within 2-3 business days, not including weekends.
Canadian customers have their products shipped from Luxology to Calgary and then from Calgary to the customer's location. This avoids costly border fees that can occur dependant on the shipping method choosen with UPS. For Canadian customers needing a faster deliver mechanism for the products, please call us at 403.614.3892 and we can set up a different delivery method for you. |

Can I download my purchase right away?
Yes, once your payment has been approved and processed, you will recieve an email with instructions on how you will be able to download your new product. This is applicable for both download only and boxed versions of products. |

How do coupons work?
Coupon codes may only be used once per account, and must be redeemed on our website when you place your order. Only one discount code may be applied per order. Coupon codes are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Promotional coupon codes are valid for a limited time only. |

Return Policy - What is your return policy?
Luxology permits only the return of unopened products due to a Luxology shipping or order processing error. All other sales are final. Vertexmonkey mirrors this policy. |
